Syahir Zaini brings an engineering mindset to building and growing businesses. As CEO of Jages, his work centres on critical infrastructure and building intelligence, delivering technology for environments where reliability is essential.

With business interests spanning Jages, Hantry and Bafe, he brings an operator’s perspective to Saz Capital: understanding how businesses work, strengthening their foundations and shaping their next stage of growth. His approach combines technical depth, commercial judgement and a commitment to building enduring businesses.

Syahir holds a degree in Computer and Network Engineering from RMIT University, Australia, and previously worked at Schlumberger.
